1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services and bookings with India View Travel, a registered travel agency based in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, India. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.

3. Scope of Services
IndiaViewTravel provides a variety of services, including:

4. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable deposit or full payment, depending on the nature of the service. A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully received.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the following methods:
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfer (NEFT, IMPS)
UPI
Cash (for in-person bookings)
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Full Payment: For most services, the full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately to confirm the booking.
5. Pricing and Inclusions
Price Details: The prices for the tours/packages are clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation and on our website. Prices are subject to change based on factors such as seasonality, availability, and exchange rates.
Inclusions: The services included in the package will be specified in the booking confirmation or itinerary. This typically includes accommodation, meals, transportation, and sightseeing, but exclusions such as personal expenses (shopping, tips, etc.) will also be mentioned.
Exclusions: Items such as travel insurance, visa fees, optional excursions, or meals not specified in the itinerary are not included in the package price.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: In case of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation charges apply:
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost
15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund)
Refund Process: Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges: Certain services, such as visa fees, flight tickets, and other third-party bookings, are non-refundable.
7. Modifications to the Itinerary
Itinerary Changes: IndiaViewTravel reserves the right to modify the itinerary if there are unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or airline delays. We will notify clients as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
Alternate Arrangements: If changes occur, IndiaViewTravel will try to offer alternatives, such as an alternative destination or accommodation, but there will be no compensation provided for minor adjustments.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other contingencies during their travel. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the client.
9. Health and Fitness
Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their participation in a tour. This is particularly important for adventure tours or tours that require physical activity.
Physical Fitness: Adventure tours, treks, and similar activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. Clients must ensure they are fit to undertake such activities. IndiaViewTravel reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit for the tour.
10. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents
Passport and Visa: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. IndiaViewTravel can assist with visa applications but is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or issues arising from the client’s failure to secure the correct visa.
Documents: Clients should ensure all travel documents, including vaccination certificates (if applicable), are valid and in order before the tour commences.
11. Airline and Transportation Liability
IndiaViewTravel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or baggage-related issues caused by airlines or other transportation providers. Any disputes or claims regarding flight delays or cancellations should be directed to the airline.
12. Liability and Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability: IndiaViewTravel’s liability for any claims related to the tour or services provided is limited to the total value of the tour package. We are not liable for personal injury, death, loss of property, or any inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
Force Majeure: IndiaViewTravel is not liable for failure to perform services if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party providers (hotels, transport services, etc.) to offer services. IndiaViewTravel is not liable for any actions or negligence of these third parties.
13. Client Responsibilities
Conduct: Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the country they are visiting. IndiaViewTravel is not responsible for any issues arising from a client’s failure to adhere to local laws or customs.
Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. IndiaViewTravel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be New Delhi, India.
15. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
IndiaViewTravel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the modified Terms.
