- No-show or cancellation on the day of departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Any non-refundable hotel, transport, activity, or booking charges will be deducted separately.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered based on the date of receipt.
